If there is one must-try coffee from Caffè Vergnano, it is this one, the Gran Aroma. It is available in many formats and especially in 500 g here, which allows you to test it in different beverages (lungo, doppio...).
It is a blend of Arabica and Robusta. South America and Central America are the two places where the arabica comes from (Saint-Domingue and Honduras Marcala). The robusta is sourced in Asia.
Aficionados of strong coffee will be delighted by its powerful taste, its syrupy body, and a lingering aftertaste revealing intense aromas, sometimes malty, fruity, and chocolatey notes. The robusta amplifies the gourmand notes with caramelized nuances at the end of the tasting.
