For those who don't know Nuit à Versailles, here is a little story... Our adventure begins in 1692, when King Louis XIV granted Sieur Damame the privilege of selling Coffee, Tea, Sorbec & Chocolate in France... Later, during a restoration campaign, DAMMANN FRÈRES partnered in the restoration of the La Nuit statue, located on the north parterre of the Palace of Versailles park. The idea was then to create a flavoured blend inspired by the fruit flavours and flower scents cultivated in the royal gardens of Versailles since the 17th century - this would be NUIT à VERSAILLES.
