The farm Finca Santo Tomas Perdido, from the Sololá region near Atitlán, Guatemala, has coffee trees cultivated between 950 and 1,600 m above sea level, ensuring perfectly ripe, flavour-rich cherries. This 100% arabicacoffee, made up of Caturra, Catimor, Obata and Sarchimor varieties, offers you a unique tasting experience.
Thanks to a light roast specially suited to gentle brew methods, Lugat’s roasters have enhanced the indulgent and yellow-fruit notes of this coffee. Begin your tasting with sweet brown-sugar notes, followed by a light body reminiscent of apple juice, finishing on an indulgent aftertaste of stone fruits.
