Use a pressure gauge to control the consistency of your extraction.
This pressure gauge is compatible with the pressure gauge kit that contains the standard piston of the Flair Classic and Signature (ref: 691034822548) and with the pressure gauge kit with the Pro piston of the Flair Pro 2 (ref: 691034822562)

Note: using a pressure gauge with the NEO machine is obsolete, as it is equipped with a pressurized filter.
