A flavourful ground coffee without caffeine
A decaffeinated ground coffee100 % arabica that comes directly from the Italian roasting Lucaffé. This coffee meets a simple need: “Rediscover the taste and aroma of the espresso enjoyed in Italy’s finest cafés.”
This decaffeinated coffee is processed using the Demus® method, a rigorous Italian process that combines water, steam and carefully controlled food-grade solvents, in compliance with European standards.
This process naturally reduces the caffeine content while preserving the coffee’s essential aromas, for a rich, balanced cup without bitterness. Unlike purely “water-based” methods, the Demus® method guarantees excellent aroma stability and a flavour profile faithful to the original coffee.
