Discover this chai tea syrup from Maison Routin 1883. It offers youan intense chai spice aroma, to obtain in your cup an authenticity accentuated by the flavor of exotic spices.
All sublimely balanced bysoft notes of black tea, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, and clove.
It's the perfect syrup to add to your cappuccino or latte to bringa gourmet, wintery touch to your break.
Spice lover or not, this syrup will bring you a feat of flavor that will delight all your taste buds!
Recipe idea: White Ninja
Ingredients:
- 2cl chai tea syrup
- 14cl white chocolate
- whole or plant-based milk
- 3g Sichuan pepper
Preparation:
- Prepare your hot white chocolate by melting 50g of chocolate (baking chocolate preferably) in 50cl of milk
- Let cool then pour the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice
- Shake and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice
- Top with ice and garnish with cinnamon and ginger. Enjoy!
