A blend of breakfast flavors
The Dolce from Goppion is a blend of 90% Arabica from Ethiopia, Brazil, Guatemala, and Honduras and 10% Robusta from Indonesia. The result in the cup is a balanced, velvety coffee with a light acidity. It leaves in the aftertaste notes of cocoa, nuts, and toasted bread.
All coffees Goppion are artisanally roasted in Italy in a modern roasting workshop belonging to the family business Goppion Caffe . The coffees are roasted according to the traditional method of slow roasting (as opposed to the industrial method).
The bean roasting of coffee is done separately (depending on the varieties) to guarantee impeccable quality.
Goppion coffees are tasted before their commercialization: this is a guarantee of quality!
