This mechanism reproduces the gesture of amanual pour-overby rotating on itself, ensuring even water distribution over the entire grind. Combined with apre-infusionfunction, this technology lightly moistens the coffee before the extraction phase, releasing gases accumulated during roasting and allowing the coffee to reveal its fullaromatic palette.
Thanks to itsflavor selector, you can also adjust the intensity and body of your coffee according to your preferences, ensuring a perfectly tailored cup every time. Once brewing is complete, the coffee is kept warm for 40 minutes.
