Coconut-cream speculoos caffè latte
What if we told you that enjoying your coffee in multiple ways is just as good? That’s exactly what one Maison Taillefer fan, Cookileparadise, has perfected!
Make a coconut-cream speculoos-heart caffè latte that pairs perfectly with the coffee’s full-bodied side.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Italian Espresso coffee
- Plant or cow’s milk
- 1 tsp coconut or refined sugar
- 25 cl organic coconut milk
- 1 milk-chocolate speculoos-heart (adjust to taste!)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Recipe:
Whip the cold coconut cream into chantilly. Brew your usual cup of coffee. Chop the chosen milk chocolate and slowly pour the milk into the coffee cup, finishing with a layer of coconut chantilly. Sprinkle chocolate on top.
