With its unique design and the know-how of the Kinu brand, the M47 range is recognized in the coffee world as a reliable choice for obtaining a fine and homogeneous espresso grind.
The manual coffee grinderKinu M47 Simplicity is, as its name suggests, simpler to use than its big brother, the M47 Phoenix. It retains the main features including the 47 mm conical burrs in reinforced steel with a specific treatment, Black Fusion. This treatment ensures a longevity far above average, as well as a grinding speed, without too much effort.
In addition, the rotating shaft of the M47 Simplicity is reinforced to ensure a consistent movement as well as an extended lifespan.
The M47 Simplicity is made of quality stainless steel. The solid ABS parts are guaranteed BPA-free (grinding container, thumb stopper and crank knob). The internal mechanism is also made of stainless steel.
The addition of the thumb rest provides extra comfort when grinding whole bean coffee compared to the M47 Phoenix.
Kinu offers a 5-year warranty on this M47 Simplicity grinder, a real guarantee of quality!
The Kinu M47 Simplicity: for a precise and homogeneous grind
Grinding precision is intimately linked to the micrometric adjustment. One adjustment turn corresponds to about 50 clicks (0.01 mm), ensuring formidable precision. Moreover, to optimize grinding accuracy, the mechanism is built around a high-precision shaft and four ball bearings (two for the shaft and two for the crank), for precise and effortless grinding.
Kinu also states that it takes approximately 30 to 40 seconds to grind 18 grams of espresso grind, which is record time!
Other features of the M47 Simplicity grinder
The bean hopper is filled from the top of the grinder body, without disassembly.
The container can hold up to 40 g of ground coffee. It is equipped with a silicone seal to stay in place during grinding.
As for the crank, the shape is well designed to allow easy and natural rotation. The shaft being connected to ball bearings, grinding is done easily without needing to force too much.
Moreover, the Kinu M47 Simplicity is delivered in its EVA case, so you can transport your coffee grinder without damaging it.
