The espresso machine Sage Bambino Plus is designed with Sage’s proprietary heating system. The Thermojet is a powerful thermoblock that heats the water in a closed circuit in just 3 seconds. The machine ships with a matching tamper, an exclusive dose-distribution tool, various maintenance accessories including a blind filter and a milk jug!
Adjustable at every point for a personalised experience
The Sage Bambino Plus is fitted with a stainless-steel coffee group for better thermal stability. With a 54 mm portafilter and pressurised baskets, it allows extractions using 19 g of ground coffee. This dose is similar to that of larger-diameter groups, letting the Bambino Plus produce delicious espressos. Thanks to the PID system (no display, non-adjustable), you can be sure the temperature will always be optimal, as the machine maintains its stability.
The Bambino Plus has two back-lit front buttons that let you set the pre-infusion time and the amount of coffee you want in the cup; you simply save the drink the way you like it!
Pre-infusion is the low-pressure phase that wets the grounds to draw out all the aromas.
An innovative, exclusive automatic milk-foaming system
Sage is known for its innovations, and the Bambino Plus benefits from one of them: the automatic milk foam.
Thanks to the stainless-steel milk jug supplied with the machine, you can create a silky milk foam effortlessly.
On the drip tray sits a probe that reads the jug’s temperature so the milk retains all its nutrients. To ensure the foam matches your taste, you can set the desired temperature (low, medium, high) and the foam texture (thin, silky, thick); the machine will do the rest on its own. Plus, the jug is graduated—just add the right amount of your favorite milk and enjoy!
