Coffee, water, milk, that's all you need, the machine will do the rest.
The Sage Barista Touch espresso machine is considered a semi-automatic. This means that apart from handling the portafilter step by step, the machine takes care of everything.
The integrated grinder with a 250g hopper is easily adjustable and will distribute the desired amount of ground coffee up to 22 grams cleanly into the filter, thanks to automatic triggering when the portafilter is in place.
Once the coffee is ground, you can tamp your grounds with the detachable tamper located on the side of the machine.
The coffee part is equally impressive in terms of settings, it is possible to control the temperature as well as the infusion time of your coffee.
The machine will then extract your coffee as you programmed it, all that's left is to enjoy.
Simple to use digital touch screen
The Sage Barista Touch is equipped with a digital touch screen that allows you to simply and easily choose the drink you want to enjoy.
The associated icons allow you to quickly find the drink you crave, with 5 pre-programmed drinks: americano, espresso, latte, flat white and cappuccino.
The preparation of the americano is a good example of the complete automation of the process: this drink will be made from a double espresso, then the separate hot water outlet will fill the cup with hot water.
A simple drink to choose, to make, and also as good as at the café.
8 drink profiles for the whole family and fast heating
The Sage Barista Touch espresso machine allows you to customize up to 8 drink profiles.
Once your drink is programmed, you can name it as you wish so that each family member has their own drink available at the click of a button.
Thanks to the PID that manages the temperature and the OPV that ensures constant pressure, drink preparation is always perfect. With its innovative heating system, the ThermoJet, the Sage Barista Touch reaches the optimal extraction temperature in just 3 seconds.
Latte art: child's play thanks to the automatic steam wand
As many are fans, Sage also equipped this machine with its famous automatic milk frothing system. Thanks to the included milk jug, there's no need for extra equipment. Operating the machine is simple, just adjust the texture of foam you want for your drink (or let the pre-set programs do it), then place the jug.
A probe is on the drip tray, which allows the machine to control the exact temperature to give you perfect milk foam, with the texture you expected.
It is possible to adjust the temperature and the milk foam texture desired, then all that's left is to create beautiful latte art in your cup.

Accessories: Stainless steel milk jug, cleaning disc, cleaning tablets, tamper, single cup pressurized filter, double cup pressurized filter, single cup single wall filter, double cup single wall filter, filter cartridge with holder, cleaning brush, precision dosing tool "The Razor", steam wand cleaning tool, stainless steel tamper (detachable, placed on the side of the machine).
To extend the life of your Sage espresso machine and for better in-cup results, it is recommended to use a filter cartridge (or already filtered water).
