This green tea from Dammann Frères is irresistibly fruity and deliciously refreshing with its notes of red fruits and mint. Pieces of redcurrant and wild strawberry pair wonderfully with the peppermint leaves of this aptly named tea "1, 2, 3 I’m off to the woods".
This tea is best enjoyed hot. To prepare it, infuse the quantity you need in water ideally between 80 and 90°C for 4 to 5 minutes. Its loose format makes it very easy to measure: you can prepare a single cup or a full teapot whenever you like. Adjust the dosage to your preference.
While delicious on its own, this tea can also be paired with small pastries such as financiers or vanilla madeleines.
