A balanced and aromatic 100% Arabica coffee:
The Huehuetenango region in north-western Guatemala, on the border with Mexico, ranges from 850 to 3,700 metres in altitude and offers an extraordinary variety of ecosystems (from humid subtropical forest to pine forests). Lying at the foot of the Cuchumatanes, the highest non-volcanic mountain range in Central America, Huehuetenango is one of the country’s most favourable areas for coffee cultivation. There are several crus in the Huehuetenango region, each due to the morphological and microclimatic characteristics of the valleys where the communities involved in the project are located. This whole-bean coffee offers a full body and good acidity. The cup is balanced and aromatic, with floral, citrus and chocolate notes.
