It is the same declaration of love that Dammann Frères offers to this City of Light through this delicious Christmas tea with indulgent notes of cherry, gingerbread and bitter almond.
The black tea Noël à Paris is a blend of teas from China and Sri Lanka flavoured with cherry and gingerbread and bitter almond, to which ginger essential oil has been added and sprinkled with flower petals. The resulting blend is very warming, perfect for the end-of-year holiday season.
To bring out all its aromas, we recommend steeping it for 4 to 5 minutes in water ideally at 90°C. Your tea is sold loose, so use about 2 to 3 g of tea per cup of approximately 250 ml.
