Use your professional espresso grinder or your espresso machine with this whole-bean coffee Made in France. It is the combination of several aromatic notes, dominated by floral, gourmand and fruity, thanks to the carefully carried out roasting by Lugat.
Thus, this 100 % balanced arabica is consensual and allows people to gather around a coffee and create connections.

Presentation of the producing country, Ethiopia:
The Sidama region is located in southern Ethiopia, on the border with Kenya. It owes its name to an ethnic group: the Sidamas, a people living in south-western Ethiopia. The south of the country is a privileged and exclusive area for coffee growing.
The coffees grow under the shade of forest trees and are picked manually in a selective manner. They are then processed by the wet method, which gives them a very fine acidity.
Moka Sidama Nyala represents 11 % of production. The washed quality is highly sought after.
