The pink praline is a French specialty. Originating from the Lyon region, the pink praline is made from nuts (most often almonds or hazelnuts) coated with cooked sugar and colored with pink food coloring.
This sweet treat can be enjoyed in different ways, either as a napolitain with coffee, or as a base for a dessert or decoration for a pastry. Maison Taillefer offers for the most gourmand gourmets its vision of pink pralines with almonds in a 60g bag.
Ingredients : sugar, almond 25%, glucose syrup, coating agent: gum arabic, colorings: vegetable carotenes — carmines, flavor. Traces of gluten, eggs and other nuts.
