Espresso – Caffe Vergnano
This coffee is the result of an ideal balance between 75 % Arabica from Brazil, Nicaragua, Ethiopia and Guatemala and 25 % Robusta from Vietnam.
The richness of the Arabica coffees gives it a smooth flavour and fruity aromas, skilfully blended with the best eastern Robusta origins to ensure, in the cup, a very full-bodied and creamy coffee.
Because of the balanced ratio of Arabica and Robusta beans, Espresso Bar is particularly suitable for preparation with a fully automatic machine or a portafilter machine. Basically, the blend is recommended as espresso, but you can also prepare coffee specialities such as cappuccino or latte macchiato with this blend.

It was founded long ago, in 1882: the family’s grandfather, Domenico Vergnano, the grandfather of the current owners, started the business in the small medieval town of Chieri, at the foot of the Turin hill.
