Let yourself be surprised by this unique coffee from the Basque Country, Roasting house since 1978 located in Bayonne. It is by wishing to perpetuate the tradition and the family history of Cafés Ximun that Jean-Baptiste took over the torch.
His goal is to always offer Bio and/or pure-origin coffees while perfectly mastering his products to extract the best from the grains. In other words, it is a matter of subliming the recipe to obtain a unique result in the cup!
In parallel with its local roots, the months spent with local producers in Latin America have further increased his desire to source grains in a responsible manner to sustainably maintain the coffee chain.
After years of accompanying coffees, hotels and restaurants, the Cafés Ximun have recently extended their expertise to individuals.
