LaGrange Ethiopia organic whole-bean coffee: a high-altitude specialty arabica
The LaGrange house is recognized in the specialty-coffee field for the talent of its founder, Vincent Ballot, awarded Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
With its Ethiopia whole-bean coffee Organic in 800 g format, expect to taste the best of Ethiopian coffee. Indeed, this specialty coffee is the result of the work of women and men who safeguard Ethiopia’s coffee heritage. It was grown within the Guji Highland Coffee plc plantation, at over 2000 m altitude, in the Sidamo region surrounded by forest.
On the palate, this coffee reveals a yellow-fruit and gourmand profile: bergamot notes and candied lemon open the tasting, before giving way to a soft finish of roasted hazelnut.
