Sage espresso machine: The best of the Barista Express Impress
The SAGE Barista Express Impress espresso machine is the continuation of the famous Barista Express, the brand's best-selling model worldwide over the past five years.
Just like its big sister, the Barista Express Impress SES876BST4EEU1 in black stainless steel is designed with a beautiful black stainless steel body. Its integrated grinder contains high-quality conical stainless steel burrs, with a 25-setting system to achieve the ideal grind according to the chosen coffee beans.
SAGE provided single filters, as well as pressurized filters, which can be used with pre-ground coffee, a good idea for guests who prefer decaf.
This SAGE Barista Express Impress coffee machine will allow you to easily make all your favorite caffeinated drinks, from espresso to cappuccino. The world of the Barista is at your fingertips!
The Impress Puck system of the Sage espresso grinder machine: The perfect dose with less effort
The new Impress Puck system from SAGE is a small revolution. It simplifies the steps needed to grind, dose and tamp to deliver the perfect dose. Insert your portafilter into the designated space under the grinder to start grinding the coffee. The dose is automatically calculated based on the last coffee extracted. The grinder dispenses the grind evenly into the filter.
Tamping is done using the lever on the side of the machine. But the SAGE Barista Express Impress doesn't just tamp the coffee. Indeed, the Impress Puck system copies the barista's gesture with a 10 kg pressure and a professional 7° twist on the ground coffee puck. This straight and even tamping guarantees perfect extraction. The tamping lever requires no effort, as the machine does all the work.
In addition, a light gauge tells you if the ground coffee dose is correct during tamping. If not, the system will memorize the result and adjust the dose for the next extraction.
Beautiful milk foam and hot water to customize your favorite drinks with your Sage coffee machine
The SAGE Barista Express Impress espresso machine allows you to serve one or two cups of coffee. It is also equipped with a hot water outlet dedicated (next to the steam wand), to preheat your cups, make a long coffee, or serve tea to your guests, for example.
The machine has a powerful stainless steel steam wand that swivels 360° to find the ideal position. Steam is delivered at 130° C, to create micro-foam perfect for a cappuccino. A stainless steel milk jug is included with the SAGE Barista Express Impress so you can practice Latte Art.
Moreover, the PID and the fast-heating Thermocoil (integrated stainless steel water circuit), control the water temperature and ensure good thermal stability, bringing out all the aromas of a quality specialty coffee.
Other highlights of the Sage Barista Express Impress espresso machine
The Pre-infusion automatic or manual: you can adjust the pre-infusion time for your extraction.
Front-mounted pressure gauge to keep an eye on pressure during extraction.
Programmable shot volume: you can save your preferred cup dose.
Adjustable water temperature: you can increase or decrease the hot water temperature by +/- 2 °C in 1 °C steps from the factory setting.
A flashing light that blinks when a cleaning cycle is needed and a drip tray full indicator to alert you when the tray needs emptying.
A small hidden drawer behind the drip tray for storing your accessories and a 2 L.

Maintenance: To extend the life of your Sage espresso machine and get the best results in the cup, it is recommended to use a filter cartridge (or pre-filtered water). Remember to descale your appliance following the brand’s instructions (see manual) and clean the accessories regularly.
