Mate is a beverage native to South America consumed for its energizing properties. It is traditionally consumed in a calabash (a mate gourd made from jujube wood of about 120 to 150 ml).
Comptoir français du thé combines an organic traditional mate with several orchard fruits: apple, peach and lemon. This combination gives birth to a fruity and energizing drink: the ideal combination to start the day right!
This mate can be drunk hot or iced. For the hot version, steep your mate in 95°C water for five minutes (about 2 g per cup). For a cold version, simply place this infusion in the refrigerator overnight.
Its loose packaging makes it ideal for dosing: you can prepare a single cup or a large teapot at once.
Ingredients : Organic green mate, organic apple pieces, natural peach flavor, natural lime flavor. May contain traces of tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts), milk and soy.
