HARIO Drip Assist: the ideal accessory for mastering flow rate
The Drip Assist accessory from the Hario brand was developed by 2013 World Barista Champion Pete Licata to help achieveidentical flow for every extraction.
The Drip Assist sits on your V60 once you have placed the filter and ground coffee.
With its two types of holes of different diameters, you can pour at two distinct speeds.Even when using a less precise pouring method, such as the wide spout of a standard or electric kettle, the water flows at a constant rate, ensuring a delicious result in the cup.

With its conical shape and spiral ridges, the V60 dripper delivers coffee with good aromatic power and a pronounced body.
This manual extraction process using the gentle method will bring out all the flavors of your favorite coffee.
The HARIO V60 VDC-02 white dripper is made of quality porcelain.
It allows you to make up to 4 cups of coffee (50 cl).
Accompanied by the Drip Assist accessory, this dripper will let you learn the V60 method with good results in the cup.
To make your coffee with this V60 dripper and the Drip Assist, you will need the following accessories:
A gooseneck kettle for better pouring and water distribution.
Suitable conical paper filters.
A precision coffee scale to measure the amount of water poured and the brewing time.
