Rooibos is a drink particularly good for your health. ThisRooibos à la folie from Compagnie & Co containsgoji berries and coriander, which makes it taste even better, but also much morerich in antioxidants and vitamin C. It's a perfect drink, both indulgent and comforting, and ideal for your well-being.
Rooibos containsno caffeine, so it can be enjoyed from morning to evening, including by children (it's a good alternative to hot chocolate for example).
To prepare it, it's as simple as for any loose-leaf tea. Steep a dose of your Rooibos à la folie in 85°C water for about three minutes. If you prefer a stronger taste, you can leave it longer without any risk of bitterness developing.
