Regular maintenance of your coffee machine ensures a quality beverage and extends its lifespan. Arfize offers a simple and effective solution to maintain your equipment with their filter cartridge.
This cartridge is specially designed to be compatible with Smeg machines, whether automatic or manual. It is easy to install and uses filtering agents such as coconut-shell activated carbon and food-grade resin. These components act against limescale deposits and chlorine, allowing you to obtain a more flavorful drink thanks to better preservation of aromas.
Filter cartridge installation
Correct installation of the filter cartridge is essential to ensure smooth water flowin your coffee machine. If you encounter flow difficulties, it is recommended to reposition the cartridge; to do this, immerse the cartridge in water to remove trapped air. Once this step is completed, you can proceed with installation in complete peace of mind.
As for thereplacement frequencyof the cartridge, this depends on the hardness of your water and the quantity of beverages you prepare. In general, it is advisable to change the cartridge every 2 to 3 months.
This cartridge filters up to150L of water, approximately 400 drinksand can be used as a replacement for thecartridge and 1ECWF01.
