Add 4 to 5 teaspoons(20 g)to 150 ml of hot non-boiling water, or 6 to 7 teaspoons (27 g) to 200 ml of hot non-boiling water.Stir and enjoy!

Instant coffee as the main ingredient in a recipe
Instant coffee is incredibly convenient, but did you know thatit can also be used to whip up gourmet recipes at homewhen you have more time?Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of Dolce Vita Vanilla Cappuccino
- 2 tablespoons of Dolce Vita Classic Cappuccino (or cocoa powder)
- 350 g of cream cheese such as Philadelphia®
- 1 egg yolk + 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 175 g butter
- 150 g flour
Steps:
1 -Take two bowls and pour Dolce Vita Vanilla Cappuccino instant coffee into one and Dolce Vita Classic Cappuccino into the other(or cocoa powder if you chose this option).Add water, the equivalent of two tablespoons of hot water, until you get a smooth mixture.
2 -Mix the cream cheese, egg yolk, 40 g of sugar and the Dolce Vita Vanilla Cappuccino mixture to obtain a cream.
3 -Coarsely chop the chocolate, melt it with the butter in a double boilerand let it cool slightly.Mix the eggs, remaining sugar and Dolce Vita Chocolate Cappuccino. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture, then the flour, and mix until you get a smooth batter.
3 -Place the batter in a square springform pan (25 x 25 cm)previously lined with parchment paper.Pour the cream cheese mixture on top, lightly marble with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (160 °C convection) for about 35 minutes. Let cool in the pan on a rack, unmold the cake and cut it into 20 cappuccino brownies.
