Here are 3 x 250 g bags of whole bean coffee from the state of Kerala, on the south coast of India. This is the finest quality of monsoon coffee. A coffee is called "monsooned" when the green beans are exposed to monsoon winds in open warehouses during the rainy season. Thanks to this process, acidity is reduced to give way to sweetness while giving the beans a straw-yellow color.
