Thisiced teais very easy to prepare. It comes in tea bags, so you don't need to measure it. Simply steep one bag in a liter of water, ideally between 75 and 80°C, for about four minutes. Remove the bag and place the tea in your refrigerator overnight. Serve with or without ice, and decorate with a slice of dried grapefruit for visual pleasure!
