Composed ofarabica and robusta beans, the Barista Intenso offersa rich aroma and the strength of an intense coffee. Kimbo opted for a medium-dark roast to faithfully reproducethe taste of Italian coffee.
In the cup, the Barista Intenso stands out witha persistent crema and notes of dark chocolate with a slight bitterness. Somespicy notes then appear, making the tasting more lively in the finish. This coffee, withan intensity of 11/13, isideal as an espresso, but pairs very wellwith milk.
