The decaffeinated Sogno coffee was born thanks to a refined recipe developed by passionate roasters. By using a blend of arabica coffees, which naturally have a low caffeine content, the brand succeeds in optimizing the beans’ roasting to reveal all their aromatic richness, even without caffeine.

Perléo is a French coffee, crafted in Gironde, offering lovers of intense espresso a quality local option. This success is the fruit of meticulous roasting work carried out by a team of enthusiasts.
- Decaffeinated coffee
With Perléo Sogno decaffeinated whole-bean coffee, caffeine’s undesirable effects such as irritability, sleep disturbances or stomach aches belong to the past. Enjoy a flavorful coffee without the inconveniences linked to caffeine.
It is important to note that this coffee was decaffeinated without solvent. This was achieved through the Mountain Water process, which consists in immersing the beans in water at different temperatures and pressures in order to extract the caffeine.

A cold-drink recipe with Perléo Sogno decaffeinated whole-bean coffee
Prepare a simple recipe with a coffee that’s simply good. In a few minutes and with a few ingredients, discover a new way to enjoy your coffee: the frappé!
Ingredients :
- Sogno whole-bean coffee to make two espressos
- About ten ice cubes
- 2 cl of sugar syrup
- 1 bean-to-cup machine
- 1 blender or shaker
- 1 cup
- 1 tall glass or 1 mug
Instructions:
Step 1.Brew the coffee: make coffee as usual and let it cool.
Step 2.Mix the ingredients: in a shaker or blender, add the cooled coffee, sugar, milk or cream and a handful of ice cubes.
Step 3.Shake or blend: shake the shaker vigorously for about 30 seconds or blend until frothy.
Step 4.Serve: pour the mixture into a large glass.
Step 5.Enjoy: add extra ice cubes if needed and savor your frappé.
