These canisters feature a lid with a patented air-extraction system to preserve the maximum aroma of your foods.
This canister is 100% airtight, allowing you to keep your foods fresh for longer without losing their flavors. Moreover, all matte cherry-red Airscape storage canisters are made of stainless steel with an enameled paint finish. One major advantage of stainless steel is that this material prevents any odor transfer with your stored foods.
Operating the air-extraction system is simple: insert the lid and push down. When you hear the air escaping from the canister, it will be 100% airtight.
