The Brazilian coffees bring a characteristic roundness, indulgent hazelnut notes, while the arabicas from other South-American terroirs offer a sweet softness reminiscent of brown sugar and a subtle spicy touch, bringing vanilla to mind.
Its dark roast, carried out in France, reveals all the character of this coffee: an intense aromatic profile, a beautiful roundness and a marked lingering finish.

Want to replicate the recipe recommended by our experts for a balanced espresso ? Dose 19 g of ground coffee, let the extraction run for about 28 seconds to obtain 42 g in the cup. The result: a dense texture, a beautiful crema and intense, indulgent aromas. For milk-drink lovers, Solstice keeps all its personality even when paired with milk.
On tasting, the experience proves subtle: a smooth entry on the palate, a medium body carried by notes of vanilla and cane sugar, ending with a persistent, sweet finish of roasted hazelnuts.

Homemade spiced latte recipe with Solstice whole-bean coffee
Ingredients:- 1 espresso
- 200 ml hot milk or plant milk (almond, oat…)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A pinch of ground cardamom
Preparation:
- Pull the espresso with Solstice Perléo coffee, to obtain a rich, balanced base.
- Heat the milk, then whisk it lightly to obtain a fine, creamy foam.
- Pour the honey into the bottom of the cup, then gently add the hot espresso.
- Incorporate the frothed milk, pouring slowly to create a harmonious texture.
- Dust with cinnamon and cardamom before serving.
Result: a creamy, balanced, warming drink that magnifies the indulgent and spicy aromas of Solstice whole-bean coffee.
