Nivonabean-to-cup machines are designed for easy and effective maintenance. First off, it is recommended to use a filter cartridge in the water tank. This helps reduce limescale and purify the water taste, thus preserving the aromas of your coffee beans. Replace this cartridge about every two months to ensure optimal quality.
It is also essential to rinse the brew group at least once a week with lukewarm water to remove coffee oils and residues. In addition, this Nivona machine has a pre-programmed descaling cycle that alerts you when descaling is needed.
