It is equipped with 55 mm hardened steel flat burrs (specifically designed for brewed coffee) to deliver exceptional grinding precision. Extremely fast, it can grind 1.2 to 1.8 g of espresso coffee and 1.9 to 2.5 g of coffee per second for filter preparations, saving you valuable time. Its low retention makes it a particularly efficient tool.

Designed to stand the test of time, this grinder features a matte black stainless steel housing, combining robustness and elegance. Its adjustable support fits perfectly with your Eureka accessories.
Thanks to the ACE system, the Mignon Zero ensures homogeneous, clump-free grinding through a significant reduction in static electricity and bean clumping.
It has an ON/OFF activation, no need to hold the button.
Micrometric adjustment of the Mignon Zero coffee grinder
On the Mignon Zero model, Eureka's patented micrometric system ensures unparalleled adjustment precision. It offers many customization options in terms of grind fineness via the extra-comfort button: The micrometric adjustment allows switching from a very fine espresso grind to a coarse filter grind.
The grinder settings are simple and intuitive. The amount of ground coffee and grinding time can be customized.
The Eureka Mignon Zero coffee grinder is equipped with a small hopper for 45 g of coffee beans. Supplied with a dosing cup (45g) and a single-dose cleaning tool Mignon.
From June 1, 2025, enjoy 10-year motor warranty on your Eureka Mignon Zero grinder: proof of trust in the brand's quality, durability, and innovation. Eligible on grinders purchased from June 1, 2025.
