Chicory is a flowering plant whose root is harvested to be dehydrated and roasted. It is then ground to become the soluble chicory we know. It's a beverage with a deep brown color and a unique taste with notes of caramel and hazelnut.
Cherico reimagines this winter evening essential with different recipes, this one being the original: the natural chicory.
It's consumed for its delicious taste, but also for its many benefits:
Soluble chicory is practical because it prepares quickly. Simply pour two level teaspoons into your prettiest cup, add 150 to 200 ml of hot water, milk or plant-based drink over it, and mix. Your beverage is already ready!
Once the jar is opened, consume it within the following month to ensure optimal flavor.
