The roaster Mokador has carefully selected Arabica and Robusta beans from Central and South America—Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala and Costa Rica—for an intense, richly flavoured whole-bean coffee.
In the cup this coffee reveals a persistent hazelnut-coloured crema that is warm and comforting. On the nose its complex aromas herald the delicate notes to come. On the palate it seduces with its full body and marked intensity, offering first indulgent flavours such as cocoa, then woody notes reminiscent of cedar and walnut, especially present in the finish.
