Sage The Oracle Touch Black Truffle espresso machine (matte black stainless steel)
Built-in grinder and tamper for perfect extraction.
The Sage The Oracle Touch espresso machine is considered a manual machine semi-automatic: apart from step-by-step portafilter handling, the machine takes care of everything.
The integrated grinder with stainless steel conical burrs is easily adjustable. It automatically grinds, doses, and tamps 22 grams of coffee into the portafilter, exactly like a professional barista espresso machine. The hopper can hold up to 280 g of whole-bean coffee.
The automatic trigger dispenses the desired amount of grounds when the portafilter (or brewer) is in place.
Once grinding is done, a lever on the side of the machine allows you to tamp perfectly.
The coffee side is also well equipped in terms of settings. You can take control of temperature as well as coffee infusion duration. The machine will perform your extraction as you programmed it; all that’s left is to enjoy.
Digital touchscreen to select your favorite drink
The Sage The Oracle Touch Black Truffle is equipped with a digital touchscreen that lets you choose the drink you want to prepare.
The icons next to the drink name make it easy to find the one you crave: Americano, Espresso, Latte, Flat White and Cappuccino.
Making an Americano is a good example of the full automation of the process: this drink is made from a double espresso, then a separate spout finishes filling the cup with hot water.
A simple drink to choose, to make, and just as good as from the corner café.
Program each family member’s favorite drink
The Oracle Touch espresso machine SES990BTR4EEU1 by Sage lets you customize up to 8 drink profiles.
Once you have programmed your drink, you can name it as you like so that each family member has their drink available at the click of a button. The machine takes care of the rest.
Even latte art will become child's play thanks to the automatic steam wand
Sage has also equipped this machine with its famous automatic milk frothing system. Thanks to the supplied stainless steel milk jug, you don't need to buy any extra equipment. Operating the machine is simple: just set the foam texture you want for your drink (or let the pre-set programmes do it for you), then place the jug. What's more, the stainless steel steam wand is self-cleaning !
A sensor is on the drip tray, allowing the machine to control the exact temperature so you get perfect milk foam with the texture you expect.
You can adjust the temperature and the foam texture you want, then all that's left is to create beautiful latte art in your cup.

Maintenance : To extend the life of your Sage espresso machine and get the best results in your cup, it is recommended to use a filter cartridge (or pre-filtered water). Remember to descale the appliance following the brand's instructions (see manual) and clean the accessories regularly.
