An intense coffee with gourmand aromas:
In Brazil's largest producing region, Sul de Minas, grows an exceptional coffee. Its subtropical climate favors the growth of coffee trees thanks to its humid summers and dry winters. To develop the coffee's flavors, the beans are dried in immense wooden silos for 60 days. The Brazil coffee from Goppion grows between 890 and 950 m and is harvested between April and August by hand and semi-assisted to preserve its quality.
This balanced coffee with notes of chocolate will delight the most gourmand palates. It retains a pleasant sweet lingering finish. This extraction will reveal its aromas with an espresso whether on an automatic machine or a manual machine.

All Goppion coffees are artisanally roasted in Italy in a modern roasting workshop belonging to the family business Goppion Caffe . The coffees are roasted according to the traditional method of slow roasting (opposite of the industrial method).
The roasting of coffee beans is done separately (according to varieties) in order to guarantee impeccable quality. A selection "optical bi-chromatic" is carried out, allowing each bean to be analyzed. Those that are fermented or insufficiently ripe are ejected so as not to contaminate the blend.
The coffees Goppion are tasted before their marketing: it is a guarantee of quality!
