Thanks to its dual boilers and heated group head, it lets you pull an espresso while texturing milk simultaneously, with no temperature loss. Built to blend performance, simplicity, and consistency, it guarantees a perfect coffee every cup.
Its high-definition 5.7-inch touchscreen, clear and intuitive, guides you at every step. Responsive, it offers smooth animations, generous brightness, and high contrast for a captivating visual experience. You’ll have access to 16 preset drink recipes, including cold recipes.
The perfect alliance between technology and barista know-how
At the heart of the black Sage the Oracle Dual Boiler coffee machine, precision is paramount. Its pre-infusion system evenly soaks the coffee before extraction, ensuring optimal aroma release. The LCD screen lets you fully customize temperature, volume, and strength to your preferences.
Equipped with a 340 g bean hopper and an integrated conical burr grinder offering 45 settings, it adjusts grind size with micrometric precision. Its intelligent system analyzes extraction to automatically adapt fineness and dose, while automatic tamping ensures constant pressure and consistent extraction, cup after cup.
Its professional steam wand can be used in manual mode or with Auto Milk, which automatically adjusts the temperature and texture of the foam for all types of milk (animal or plant-based). Whether you want it fine and silky for latte art or denser for a cappuccino, the foam is always homogeneous, creamy and perfectly suited to your preferences.
From full automation to absolute control
This coffee machine gives you advanced customization. Thanks to a simple and intuitive control panel, you can adjust the temperature, volume and intensity of your espresso. The Oracle Dual Boiler is equipped with a next-generation central processor that is more powerful and manages advanced connectivity features and rich functionality.
Depending on your mood, choose a fully automatic machine capable of optimally adjusting the grind and amount of coffee to reveal all the flavors of the coffee, regardless of the type of drink being prepared.
For connoisseurs or those who like a challenge, it is also possible to switch to manual mode. You will then have complete control over the extraction parameters (real-time extraction, pre-infusion, grind, temperature, dosage), directly accessible via the digital screen and the digital pressure gauge to bring out all the aromas of a good specialty coffee.

Accessories : 58 mm stainless steel portafilter, Knock Box (10), stainless steel milk jug, single and double cup filters, grind outlet brush and tamper removal magnet, cleaning brush, steam wand cleaning tool, two Allen keys, cleaning disc, cleaning tablets, water hardness test strip, water filter and filter holder, steam wand cleaner, descaling powder.
Maintenance: Regular maintenance is essential to preserve the performance and lifespan of your machine. Good descaling prevents limescale deposits that can impair extraction quality and cause breakdowns. You can perform a Backflush (deep cleaning) to clean your machine, using the blind filter and a specialized detergent.
The Oracle Dual Boiler Sage is equipped with wheels to make it easy to move and storage areas under the drip tray. Its 2.3L water tank is accessible from the back and from the top of the machine.
The professional steam wand is equipped with an Auto Purge function for automatic cleaning after use. Finally, a standby and energy-saving mode optimizes power consumption.
