The consensual and organic specialty coffee
This blend brings together two organic 100% arabica coffees. The combination of the complex terroir of Honduras with the smoothness of Brazil makes it a balanced and sweet cup blend.
The beans that make up this organic whole bean coffee were hand-picked after being grown in two cooperatives, Fazenda Santos and Finca Liquidambar. The latter is a true pioneer in organic farming in Honduras and enjoys favorable conditions such as the climate. To illustrate its environmental commitment, one can mention the actions it implements daily: waste is used as fertilizer and coffee pulp is composted.
A classic if you are a fan of so-called "Italian" coffee, you will find the intensity and crema of Italian espressos. Moreover, it is appreciated for its body and low acidity.
