The Conti Monte-Carlo is equipped with a multi-boiler system, with an isolated, adjustable and PID-controlled boiler on each coffee group - 0.9 L per boiler. This system provides one of the best thermal stabilities on the market. You can adjust the temperature of each group according to the coffee used.
The Conti Monte-Carlo is equipped with a soft pre-infusion system (Soft Pre-infusion). This innovative system allows reproduction of extraction identical to a lever machine and offers a "bloom" without pump pressure, which is crucial for a balanced espresso. Each coffee group can be independently adjusted according to the coffee used.
The Conti Monte Carlo is designed for establishments with a high daily volume and that rely on very high quality. The 10 L copper boiler (14 L for the 3-group version) offers excellent capacity for continuous drinks, even during rush periods. The boiler has automatic filling, controlled by two electronic probes according to water needs.

Since 1950, Conti coffee machines have been renowned for their robustness. The Conti Monte Carlo is no exception. Made in Monaco, it is defined by luxurious design: rotary steam lever with reduced travel, Cool Touch steam wand with non-stick coating, polished stainless steel sides, additional LED lighting... It won't go unnoticed in your establishment.
In addition to the touch screen for the management of the coffee machine, the professional coffee machine Conti Monte Carlo is equipped with a individual display for each group. They allow baristas to monitor the temperature in real time and make minor adjustments - temperature, dose and pre-infusion settings - to perfect their espresso.
The Conti Monte Carlo has a economy mode allowing the machine to be placed on standby. The boiler is then maintained at a temperature of 60 °C,using very little energy. When exiting economy mode, the machine returns to temperature very quickly, without large energy expenditure. Each group also has an economy mode to turn off the coffee group boiler.
The Conti Monte Carlo has a automatic group cleaning, allowing this daily task to be carried out easily. This function reduces your team's tasks and ensures perfect hygiene and a quality coffee for your establishment. You can also block use of the machine if the groups have not been cleaned.
