An ultra-simple capacitive touch interface
On this new version of the Aulika, Saeco integrates a new capacitive touch interface (technology used for smartphone screens) with very intuitive backlit icons. A simple press lets you enjoy your drink from fresh beans.
The machine's dispenser is equipped with blue and white LED lights that turn on and off during drink preparation phases, providing an elegant touch.
High-Speed Cappuccino (HSC): for faster milk-based drinks
The Aulika Evo Top HSC is equipped with a One-Touch High-Speed Cappuccino spout (simultaneous dispensing of coffee and milk) reducing the preparation time of your Cappuccinos and Latte Macchiatos. It ensures reliable performance, even in high-consumption locations.
It is also equipped with a separate dedicated hot water spout, for tea lovers and other infusions. Ideal for putting your employees or clients in good conditions.
Pre-infusion system for quality coffee
The Saeco Aulika Evo Top HSC features a brewing unit with pre-infusion and electronic coffee dosing in the cup. It releases maximum aromas to obtain excellent quality coffee.
It is also equipped with a dual hydraulic circuit (dual boiler + dual pump), providing independence of the hot water spout from the coffee section, for better in-cup results.
The coffee strength adjustment offers a cup result to your taste. The 15-bar pump pressure is the ideal pressure for perfect extraction quality.
A secure and easy-to-maintain machine
The Saeco Aulika Evo Top can be placed in self-service access safely: locking access to the group, the grounds container and the water tank. You can also block access to the machine settings via a password.
Cleaning and maintaining the Aulika Evo Top HSC is simplifiedthanks to a complete set of maintenance accessories supplied with the machine: a water filter, lubricating grease, a milk circuit cleaning powder and cleaning tablets for the brew group.
Can be connected to the water mains for greater autonomy
The Aulika Evo Top HSC is versatile; you can run it from its tank (4 L) or connect it to the water mains (connection hose not supplied). Saeco once again focuses on convenience. With 1 kg bean hopper and a 40-puck grounds container, it lets you prepare up to 40 coffees without refilling the containers.
The grinder is fitted with conical steel burrs providing protection against breakage and maximum service life for your coffee machine.

The Saeco Aulika Evo Top HSC professional machine remains one of the best value-for-money coffee machines with milk-based drinks.
This 2019 version is ideal for offices, tea rooms, cafés or hotel breakfast rooms.Simple to use and maintain, Saeco offers a cleaning simplicity that is hard to ignore.
Its main advantage is its High-Speed Cappuccino spout that lets you make delicious milk-based drinks faster.
Despite a look that’s a bit too classic for my taste, I recommend this coffee machine for all food-service businesses with up to 50 coffees a day and wanting to offer milk-based drinks.
