Large-capacity tanks for greater convenience
Compact, the Saeco Lirika Plus coffee machine is nevertheless equipped withtwo large tanks:2.5 litres of water and 500 grams of coffee beans. Asignificant ease-of-useadvantage!
This is a real asset for this coffee machine, as it allows you to prepareup to 15 coffees a day without having to empty or refill the various containers.
Pre-infusion system for quality coffee
Designed torelease maximum aromafrom freshly ground coffee andobtain excellent-quality coffee,the Saeco Lirika Plus automatic machine features a pre-infusion system.
The15-bar pump pressureis ideal for perfect extraction quality. Theadjustable ceramic grinderprovides even grinding, even after years of use.
Direct-access buttons and coffee strength adjustment
A simplepress of a single buttonlets you enjoy your coffees from fresh beans.
The Saeco Lirika Plus also allows you to adjust the amount of coffee in your espresso (6, 8 or 10 grams). Drink your coffee the way you like it!
It is also equipped with aspecial hot-water wandfor tea and herbal tea lovers. Thecoffee dispenser is height-adjustable.
Removable brew group for easy cleaning
The Saeco Lirika Plus brew group is removable, allowingsimple and quick cleaning.
To maximise the lifespan of your coffee machine,run the brew group under lukewarm waterat least twice a week to rinse and remove the main coffee particles.

The expert's opinion
The Saeco Lirika isthe entry-level professional coffee machine.It offers certain advantages such as ease of use, drink quality (which pleasantly surprised me) and good value for money.
But the Cappucinator wand, which requires preparingmilk-based drinks in two steps,is a real drawback for this machine. For more convenience, I recommend the Lirika OTC One Touch, capable of making a cappuccino at the touch of a button.
Also, I must warn you to use the Saeco Lirika only for a small office (10 people maximum) or for a small business (15 coffees per day). The technology present in the Lirika is close to domestic coffee machines. Excessive use could damage the machine and cause breakdowns.
