Maintenance is simple: the machine alerts you when descaling is necessary (flashing lights). A quick cleaning cycle withARFIZE descaler(single-dose or multi-dose) is enough to maintain its performance and extend its lifespan. An ideal solution for professionals seeking efficiency and simplicity.

The Kottea EVE is a machine that surprises with its simplicity and consistency. For light professional use (offices, small customer areas), it does the job perfectly: quick to start up, intuitive, and above all consistent in its cup-by-cup output. Its capacity remains limited, so it won't be suitable for high daily coffee volumes, but for a small team or reception area, it's really ideal.
What I particularly appreciated is the balance between compactness and extraction quality. The crema is always present, the coffee remains balanced, and the experience is pleasant. It's an accessible, efficient, and easy-to-maintain solution that allows professionals to offer quality coffee without complicating their lives.
