The Eagle One Prima is the most compact professional coffee machine in the Victoria Arduino range. In addition, the Prima offers unique versatility. You can use it with its water reservoir (1.5 litre) or connect it to the mains water supply. Thus, it adapts easily to your environment.
With the Prima espresso machine, Victoria Arduino becomes more flexible and adaptable than ever. Ultra-compact, the E1 Prima fits perfectly into small spaces. Ideal for professional use, but also domestic for the most passionate enthusiasts. It will find pride of place in pop-and-chic boutiques, even where coffee is not the core activity.

The Prima's quality materials, such as stainless steel, were designed to suit any use and limit water and heat loss. The various technologies and insulation thus help reduce environmental impact, making the Prima a sustainable machine.
The NEO engine (New Engine Optimisation) heats water instantly with a unique insulation mechanism. The Victoria Arduino Eagle One reduces heat dispersion and energy consumption. Only the amount of water needed for extraction is heated. The stainless-steel boiler, insulated with a unique material, ensures extreme thermal insulation.
The VIS technology of the Eagle One simplifies the barista’s work by automating extraction-weight control through an intelligent algorithm. No external scale is needed: the ideal dose is calculated and adjusted in real time, ensuring precision, consistency, and time savings. Just set the desired gram weight, and the machine handles the rest for a perfect espresso, without waste or complication.
Unlike machines in its class that have manual steam levers, the E1 Prima is equipped with an electronic steam lever. The Steam-by-Wire system allows steam delivery to be controlled with pressure up to 2.5 bar and a high power-to-speed ratio. 18 seconds are enough to heat 250 ml of milk (the equivalent of two cappuccinos).
Everything becomes simpler with the Victoria Arduino Eagle One Prima. This connected coffee machine can be controlled via your smartphone: temperature setting, extraction-time monitoring, performance and energy-saving checks... The app lets you create recipes, share them with other users, or set recipes recommended by your roaster or barista.
