Raisedat an altitude of 1,750 meters in a unique microclimate, the coffee plants of this grandson of coffee growers give birth to exceptional batches, imbued with finesse and elegance.
The cool temperatures of the Huehuetenango mountains, combined with the heat of the Mexican border, favor the development of dense and rich grains with complex sugars.The dry summers guarantee uniform drying, but Francisco also prioritizes50% shade drying to preserve the integrity of the grains and their aromatic qualities.Witha meticulous 40-hour fermentation, this grain coffee asserts its unique and remarkable character.
