The Caffitaly capsule
Each capsule contains 8 grams of ground coffee (or tea/chocolate) : the ideal amount to preserve the taste and aroma of each blend and make the most of the Caffitaly system technology.
The airtight capsule eliminates the risk of oxidation and preserves the aroma and taste of the coffee: it has the same characteristics as freshly ground beans .
The Caffitaly capsules consist of a selection of high-quality coffees and the machines are pre-set to a pressure that produces the best extraction .
The coffee is always perfect , from the first to the last capsule, thanks to the Caffitaly system.
Caffitaly capsule structure
The top film and capsule body are made of 3 different layers to keep the capsule airtight. This perfectly protects the coffee from oxidation, allowing it to preserve all the coffee aromas .
During extraction, the filters ensure uniform and optimal distribution of water through the coffee , guaranteeing maximum performance of the process.
Result : an espresso with an intense aroma , topped with a rich and creamy foam .
