The Caffitaly capsule
Each capsule contains 5 grams of ground coffee (or tea/chocolate) : the ideal quantity to preserve the taste and aroma of each blend and make the most of the Caffitaly system technology.
The airtight capsule eliminates the risk of oxidation and preserves the aroma and taste of the coffee: the latter has the same characteristics as freshly ground beans .
The Caffitaly capsules consist of a selection of high-quality coffees and the machines are pre-set to a pressure that produces the best extraction .
The coffee is always perfect, from the first to the last capsule, thanks to the Caffitaly system.
Caffitaly capsule structure
The upper film and the capsule body are made of 3 different layers to keep the capsule airtight. This perfectly protects the coffee from oxidation, allowing all the coffee aromas to be preserved .
During extraction, the filters ensure uniform and optimal distribution of water throughout the coffee, guaranteeing maximum performance of the process.
Result : an espresso with intense aroma, topped with a rich and creamy crema .
