From a washed process, it combines carefully selected high-altitude coffees: Ethiopia Guji Nyala, Kenya Chania and Costa Rica Tarrazu, grown at 1,700 m, where ideal conditions foster perfect cherry ripening and the development of complex aromas.

Roasting and tasting of Le Blend du Champion coffee
The slow, controlled roasting is carried out separately for each origin in order to preserve all the richness of their aromas. Only after this step is the blend carefully assembled. Thanks to the roaster’s expertise, a perfect balance is found between the different origins, allowing each coffee to fully express the specificities of its terroir and process.
Discover a coffee accessible thanks to its medium+ roast, which adapts perfectly to all brewing methods. Its aromatic profile, both complex and balanced, reveals itself from the first sip. You will enjoy a citric acidity with citrus notes, typical of Ethiopian coffees, with subtle nuances of candied orange and mango. On the second palate, make way for indulgence, with comforting aromas of caramel and almond, for a flavor-rich tasting.
