Each blend is carefully prepared by the roaster, it takes a lot of time and patience to find the perfect harmonies, here, this blend will take you to new tastings that will awaken your taste buds. Three origins have been selected: Myanmar, Peru, and Brazil.
The Florian coffee is an institution, a unique place located in the heart of Venice on St. Mark's Square. You absolutely have to order a coffee and take the formula with the music played by the orchestra. This unique blend "Coffee 1720" is a nod to this first coffee that our roaster fell in love with during a trip. Let yourself be carried away by the flavors of the terroirs from around the world in this unique and exceptional blend. With a controlled roast, our roaster seeks the best aromatic profile to suit gentle preparation methods or for those who want a lighter espresso with fruity and floral notes.
The Brûlerie du Cantin Roasting
The roasting is slow and controlled. Each coffee is roasted independently of the others and it is only after that the blending is done. A balance is brought by the roaster's work between the different origins to respect each coffee and let the aromas of each terroir and process.
Laurent is a passionate person, he sublimates the coffee and takes us on a journey to Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Brazil, or Ethiopia.
Demanding on the quality of these products and attentive to their environmental impact, new bags of coffee, more ecological and more eco-responsible have been implemented.
For 60 years, the Brûlerie du Cantin in Lens has existed, 22 years that Laurent Baysse has been a roaster there. This artisan roaster is respected in the region and also nationally, he came 1st in the 2021 French Roasting Championships during the Paris Coffee Show and finalist in the competition for one of the best craftsmen in France (MOF).
